Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card number online on your website?

A:
Your credit card number is completely secure if placed on our secured website. All information is encrypted in 64 or 128-bit encryption before being transmitted to our host servers as long as your web browser supports it. This encryption makes it absolutely impossible for your personal information to be intercepted on its way to our host server. Considering this, it is easier for someone to tap a phone line, even intercept a fax transmission.

Q: How long does it take to ship out my products?
A: Generally 24-48 hours after you place your order it is processed. However, we cannot to be held responsible for any delays due to your credit card / check clearance,  or delays caused by the shipping carriers. (some of our shipping companies do not work on weekends and holidays)

Q: How come my Order/Credit Card can not go though?
A:

Q: Are your products new?
A:
All of our Products and accessories are BRAND NEW, unless we specifically note it on the product description.

Q: Why are your prices so inexpensive?
A:
Unlike your local dealers or outlets, we purchase most of our products direct from the manufacture distributors in volume Quantity to break down the price; the savings are passed onto our customers.

Q: Do you share or release any of my information to other companies?
A:
T.W.I.G. Enterprises, Inc. our parent company does not and will not share or release any of our customer information to anyone; also refer to our Privacy Policies.

Q: Do you Wholesale?
A: No we do not but we can offer great bulk rate prices. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Q: What if I want to pay you by Paypal?
A: Simply follow the same procedure on our website, add all the items you want to purchase and then select the "Paypal Payment Services." Our sophisticated order system will guide you through the entire process.

Q: I am not comfortable with paying online. Can I send you a payment by mail?
A:
While some people may be used to paying online, the odds of getting your credit card information stolen when entered on a SECURED SITE is much less than getting your check stolen while it is in the mail. It is easier for someone else in the vicinity of you to listen in on your conversation while you give your account information by phone, versus if you type it into our site. However, if you wish to purchase by mail, follow through with the checkout process and just print out the final check out page and mail it with your Money Order/Cashier's Check to:

Q: Do you ship International?
A:
Yes, We do, Our checkout system support orders to Canada, but all other international customer will have to e-mail the inquiry to sales@twigenterprisesinc.com first to receive the exact payment total & your order #, then one our custyomer service representatives will contact you to finalize and process your order.
